Longex – Return & Refund Policy (Pakistan)

At Longex, we are committed to providing high-quality, hygienic, and safe sexual wellness products. Due to the sensitive and personal nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure customer safety and product integrity.

1. No Return Policy (Hygiene Reasons)

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Condoms (including delay condoms)
  • Delay sprays
  • Any opened or used products

Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned if the packaging seal is broken.

2. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

We only offer replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible:

  • Customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof (images/video) must be provided

3. Refund Policy

If your complaint is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Mobile wallet (JazzCash / Easypaisa)

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Approved cases will receive a free replacement
  • No additional shipping charges will be applied

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled

6. Privacy & Discreet Handling

We respect your privacy:

  • All returns/refund cases are handled confidentially
  • Packaging is always discreet
